I cant belive that here on DA u can put whatever stolen art you want, as long it is not reported you can have favs, comments & popularity.
You can have 1000+ favs & no one acts.

I tought that for the stamps you can use pics from the movies, anime & so on because is just a stamp, something you put at your jurnal for fun. At least I looked at the stamp gallery & there I saw 90% of the stamps were that what they call art theft, so I thought its normal & OK because is just a stamp used for fun & not an art. Notice its not 50%, its 90% the whole gallery itself is an art theft collection.
Maybe that has also thought ~devon-kincaid when he made his great stamps for Advent Children movie, note that he never claim any ownership and he gave particular credit to the originating company.

And whats about the mudkip ?
Did DA had a permission to use that pokemon character for their April Fool fun & whats about all the mudkip stamps? [link]
Do DA encourage us to art theft?
~most of them are not fanart.

Take note I don't support art theft, I just think this issue with ~devon-kincaid is unjustice.
I also don't go arround & report people for art theft, because I think that everyone should be grown enough to know that they cant claim something whats not theirs.
Today it was first time I reported something & it was a stamp, because I want them to solve the stamp problem or at least make some public statement about them.
Its unfair that for the same thing some people work is removed & that others are allowed to do whatever they want.

I am aware that here on DA there is much unjustice & other bad things, & this is normal in every community because we are all just humans after all.
I am just pissed off about ~devon-kincaid issue because that was not the first time & he made complains but no one wanted to hear them.

I submitted Help Desk inquiry to the deviantART Help Desk, so that what I can expect is being banned or being told that I "should grow up because I am upset about dA removing something as trivial as a "stamp" & that a good portion of those stamps are policy violations, just no one bothers to report them"
Take note 90% of the stamp gallery is theft.
At the other hand if stamps are not so important why were ~devon-kincaid stamps remowed?
